Abstract
У статті визначено систему джерел принципу свободи праці в Україні. Критичному аналізу піддаються ідеї та теорії віднесення до джерел свободи праці трудового договору, судового прецеденту чи рекомендаційного акта суду. У підсумках зазначається, які саме пропоновані в теорії джерела можуть вважатись джерелами свободи праці в Україні та у якій мірі. In the article the system of freedom of labor sources in Ukraine. Subjected to critical analysis of ideas and theories attributing to sources of freedom of labor employment contract, judicial precedent or recommendatory act of the court. In the end it was noted that the proposed theory sources can be considered sources of labor freedom in Ukraine and in what way.
