Abstract
Дисертація є одним із перших в Україні комплексних досліджень теоретичних і практичних засад отримання зразків для експертизи у кримінальному провадженні як дієвого засобу криміналістичної тактики у контексті сучасного кримінального процесуального законодавства України та відповідності діяльності правоохоронних органів міжнародним стандартам правосуддя. У роботі обґрунтовано низку нових положень, сформульовані висновки та рекомендації. The dissertation is one of the first comprehensive studies in Ukraine of the theoretical and practical principles of obtaining samples for examination in criminal proceedings as an effective means of forensic tactics in the context of modern criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine and the compliance of the activities of law enforcement agencies with international standards of justice. The work substantiates a number of new provisions, formulates conclusions and recommendations.
