Abstract
В статті досліджується право власності на земельну ділянку при переході прав та обов’язків від спадкодавця до його спадкоємців. Проведено ґрунтовний аналіз особливостей прийняття спадщини як однієї з підстав набуття права власності на землю. In the article researched the property rights of the land in the transition of rights and obligations of the decedent to his heirs. Made a thorough legal analysis of the inheritance as one of the grounds of acquiring the property rights to land.
