dc.description.abstractРозглянуто проблемні питання правової реформи в науковій спадщині академіка В. В. Копєйчикова. Висвітлено основні підходи до визначення ним правової реформи, а також перспективні напрями осмислення її теоретичного контексту. Проаналізовано переконання вченого щодо сутності правової реформи та визначено їх місце в комплексі наукових знань у цій сфері.Рассмотрены вопросы правовой реформы в научном наследии академика В. В. Копейчикова. Освещены основные подходы к пониманию им правовой реформы, а также перспективные направления осмысления теоретического образа последней. Проанализированы взгляды В. В. Копейчикова на природу правовой реформы и определено их место в совокупности научных знаний данной сферы.The article is dedicated to the problematic issues of legal reform in the scientific heritage of the academician V. Kopeichykov. In educational and scientific fields V. Kopeichykov is known as an outstanding scientist, a distinguished educator, a talented coordinator of scientific activities, one of the leading national experts in the field of the theory of state and law, constitutional law. In the article was coverage the problems of legal reform, especial in the field of academician V. Kopeichykov’s scientific interests. Also, examined the thematic (categorical) of the closeness of legal reform notion, basic directions of scientific researches of the scientist, especially the mechanism of the state, constitutional process, humanrights and freedoms of man and citizen, that was due to the direct participation of V. Kopeichykov in government and law-making processes during the first stage of the reformation changes after the proclamation of independence of Ukraine.uk_UA
