Abstract
У статті аналізуються основні засади та принципи кримінального провадження, загальні положення про негласні слідчі (розшукові) дії. Досліджується відповідність негласних слідчих (розшукових) дій основним засадам та принципам кримінального провадження. Констатується необхідність внесення змін до чинного кримінально-процесуального кодексу, що дасть можливість усунути досліджувані недоліки на стадії досудового розслідування кримінального провадження. Primary frameworks and principles of criminal proceedings, as well as terms of covert investigative (detective) actions, were analyzed. Compliance of covert investigative (detective) actions with basic frameworks and principles of criminal proceedings was investigated. It was concluded, that some changes are needed to the current Code of Criminal Procedure, which will provide an opportunity to eliminate the shortcomings on the stage of prejudicial preliminary investigation.
