У посібнику, який представлений у формі питання-відповідь, з урахуванням нових підходів до розуміння сутності доказового права у кримінальному провадженні, на основі Конституції України, Кримінального процесуального кодексу України компактно викладено навчальний матеріал навчального курсу «Теорія судових доказів». Видання розраховане на студентів, слухачів, курсантів, викладачів юридичних навчальних закладів, може бути корисним у практичній діяльності працівників органів досудового розслідування, прокуратури та суду.In the manual, which is presented in the form of question-answer, taking into account new approaches to understanding the essence of evidence in criminal proceedings, the training material "Theory of Judicial Evidence" is compactly described on the basis of the Constitution of Ukraine and the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
