Abstract
Стаття присвячена теоретичним засадам формування графічно функціональної моделі механізму злочинної поведінки. За аналогією до фізіологічних кілець Бернштейна, була створена кільцева модель мотиву та мотивації. Методом компіляції моделей Блувштейна та Лунєєва була отримана нова модель, яка дозволила усунути однобокість кожної з попередніх, об’єднавши соціальне і психічне, показавши їх взаємозв’язок та взаємовплив у механізмі злочинної поведінки. This article speaks of theoretical basis for creation of graphic functional model of the criminal behavior mechanism. Analogically to Burstein’s physiological circles A circle model of motive and motivation was created. A new model was received in the result of compilation of Bluvstein’s and Luneyev’s models. The model allows to omit one-sidedness of each of the previous models incorporating social and psychotic, depicting their relation and mutual influence in criminal behavior mechanism.
