Abstract
У науковій статті досліджуються проблеми права на життя в контексті сучасних міждисциплінарних змін в науці. Підкреслюється, що сучасне правове регулювання повинно виходити з цінності життя, для чого необхідне її конституційне закріплення. In the scientific article examines the problem of the right to life in the context of contemporary interdisciplinary developments in science. The author asserts that the current legal regulation should come from the value of life, which is necessary for its constitutional recognition.
