Abstract
Статтю присвячено з’ясуванню змісту та визначенню специфічних особливостей юридичних актів органів публічної адміністрації. Розглянуто головні види юридичних актів та визначено їх недоліки. Обґрунтовано необхідність заміни більш поширених категорій «правовий акт» або «правовий акт управління» дефініцією «юридичний акт». Запропоновано власні конструювання категоріальних дефініцій «юридичний акт», «нормативний акт», «адміністративний акт». The article is sanctified to finding out of maintenance and determination of specific features of legal acts of organs of public administration. The main types of legal acts are considered and their defects are certain. The necessity of replacement of more widespread categories is reasonable “legal act” or “legal act of management” definition “legal act”. The offered own constructing of category definitions is a “legal act”, “normative act”, “administrative act”.
