Abstract
В статті автор досліджує сутність меж доказування у кримінальному процесі та коло суб’єктів, які відповідні межі визначають. Автор зазначає, що межі доказування як віртуальну ідеальну сукупність доказів визначають не суб’єкти, які проводять оцінку доказів, а суб’єкти, які уповноважені на прийняття процесуальних рішень після оцінки доказів. In the article, the author examines the essence of the limits of proving in the criminal process and the circle of subjects who determine the corresponding limits. The author notes that the limits of proving as a virtual ideal set of evidence are determined not by the subjects that evaluate the evidence, but by the subjects that are authorized to make procedural decisions after the evaluation of the evidence.
