| dc.description.abstract | Проаналізовано основні доктринальні підходи до визначення поняття «міжнародно-правове регулювання праці» та «міжнародні стандарти у сфері праці». З’ясовано значення міжнародних стандартів праці у забезпеченні реалізації права на працю. Визначено роль міжнародних стандартів у сфері праці для розвитку національного трудового законодавства. З урахуванням одержаних знань, сформульовано авторське визначення понять «міжнародні стандарти у сфері праці» та «право на працю як міжнародний стандарт». The main doctrinal approaches to the definition of the concept of “international legal regulation of labor” and “international standards in the world of work” are analyzed. The importance of international labor standards in ensuring the realization of the right to work is clarified. The role of international standards in the world of work for the development of national labor legislation has been determined. Taking into account the obtained knowledge, the author’s definition of the concepts “international standards in the world of work” and “the right to work as an international standard” is formulated. | |
