Abstract
У статті на підставі вивчення офіційних статистичних даних та матеріалів 370 кримінальних справ (проваджень), розглянутих судами України за період з 2010 по 2018 рік, проаналізовано кількісно-якісні показники незаконного позбавлення волі або викрадення людини (ст. 146 Кримінального кодексу України). Встановлено, що за 2013 рік органами прокуратури обліковано 267 випадків незаконного позбавлення волі або викрадення людини, у 2014 зареєстровано 1925, у 2015 – 807, у 2016 – 536, у 2017 – 503, у 2018 – 558, за 10 місяців 2019 року – 479 таких злочинів. Підкреслюється, що у загальній структурі злочинності досліджувані посягання, як і загалом злочини проти волі, честі та гідності особи, займають мізерну частку. Відзначається, що незаконне позбавлення волі або викрадення людини – найпоширеніше діяння серед злочинів проти волі, честі та гідності особи. The article analyzes quantitative and qualitative indicators of unlawful deprivation of liberty or abduction of a person (Article 146 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) based on the study of official statistics and materials of 370 criminal cases (proceedings) considered by the courts of Ukraine from 2010 to 2018. It was established that in 2013 the prosecutor’s office accounted for 267 cases of unlawful deprivation of liberty or abduction, 1925 were registered in 2014, 807 in 2015, 536 in 2016, 558 in 2017, 558 in 2018, and 479 in the 10 months of 2019. It is emphasized that the said encroachments, as well as crimes against the liberty, honor and dignity of a person in general, comprise a negligible share in the general structure of crimes. It is noted that unlawful deprivation of liberty or abduction is the most common act among crimes against the liberty, honor and dignity of a person.
