У тезах доповіді зазначено про необхідність оновлення концепції прогнозування злочинності, врахування інтенсивного впливу глобалізації суспільних відносин, удосконалення методики прогнозування з урахуванням стрімкого розвитку науковотехнічного процесу та здійснення різнорівневої оцінки факторів геополітичних процесів у світі, що впливають на злочинність та системного аналізу аналітико-прогностичних матеріалів щодо світових тенденцій поширення злочинності. .
