| dc.description.abstract | Стаття присвячена проблемам удосконалення системи соціального захисту учасників АТО/ООС. Критично проаналізовано чинне законодавство України та визначено пріоритетні шляхи реформування вказаного сектору. Вказано, що система соціального захисту натепер має більш декларативний характер. Проаналізовано основні сфери соціального захисту учасників АТО/ООС та надано їм оцінку. Визначено категорії громадян, які потребують соціального захисту відповідно до законодавства України. Запропоновано міркування щодо подальшого розвитку соціального захисту учасників АТО/ООС. The article is devoted to the problems of improving the social protection system of ATO/UFO participants. The current legislation of Ukraine has been critically analysed and priority ways of reforming the sector have been identified. It is stated that the social protection system is more declarative today. The main areas of social protection of the ATO/UFO participants were analysed and evaluated. The categories of citizens who need social protection in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine are identified. Considerations are given on the further development of social protection of ATO/UFO participants. | |
