Статтю присвячено дослідженню проблем забезпечення гарантій діяльності спілок працівників правоохоронних органів, які є ефективними захисниками трудових прав та інтересів працівників правоохоронних органів, впливають на управління організацією, а також перешкоджають роботодавцям або уряду несправедливо обмежувати інтереси працівників. The article is devoted to the study of the problems of providing guarantees of the activity of trade unions of law enforcement officers, which are effective defenders of the labour rights and interests of law enforcement officers, influence the management of the organization, and also prevent employers or the government from unfairly limiting the interests of employees.
