Abstract
Розглянуто сучасний стан газової складової енергетичної сфери міжнародно-правових відносин за участі України. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що Україна на сьогодні володіє унікальною реально функціонуючою газотранспортною інфраструктурою, яка є другою за потужністю після Російської в Європі, що створює сприятливі умови для нашої держави для міждержавного співробітництва в газовій складовій енергетичної сфери міжнародно-правових відносин. Підкреслено, що географічне розташування України роблять її територію потенційно привабливою для транспортування природного газу з основних регіонів-експортерів цього традиційного виду непоновлюваного джерела енергії – перш за все з Росії та Центральної Азії, а в перспективі з Каспійського регіону та навіть Близького Сходу. The current state of the gas component of the energy sphere of international legal relations with the participation of Ukraine is considered. Attention is drawn to the fact that Ukraine today has a unique, truly functioning gas transport infrastructure, which is the second largest after Russia in Europe, which creates favorable conditions for our country for interstate cooperation in the gas component of the energy sphere of international legal relations. It is emphasized that the geographical location of Ukraine makes its territory potentially attractive for natural gas transportation from the main exporting regions of this traditional non-renewable energy source - primarily from Russia and Central Asia, and in the future from the Caspian region and even the Middle East.
