Abstract
У статті досліджено всі інтегративні складники такого правового утворення, як галузь права. Для цього розглянуто праці вітчизняних науковців щодо змістовного наповнення самого поняття «фінансове право». Проаналізувавши всю систему фінансового права, від первинних структурних елементів до її більш комплексних категорій (аналіз як норм фінансового права, так і його інститутів та підгалузей), автор пропонує підходи до визначення співвідношення матеріального та процесуального у галузі фінансового права. The article examines all the integrative components of such legal education as a branch of law. For this purpose, the works of domestic scientists concerning the content of the very concept of “financial law” are analyzed. Through analysis of the whole system of financial law, from the primary structural elements to its more complex categories (analysis of both the norms of financial law and its institutions and sub-sectors), the author will be offered approaches to determining the ratio of material and procedural in the field of financial law.
