Abstract
У статті досліджено проблематику розвитку організаційно-правових форм агробізнесу. Охарактеризовано теоретичні засади вибору та розвитку організаційно-правових форм ведення бізнесу. Досліджено основні організаційно-правові форми сільськогосподарських підприємств та розглянуто структуру агропромислового комплексу. Охарактеризовано баланс у структурі сільськогосподарських підприємств. Сформовано рекомендації стосовно врахування соціальних вимог до розвитку організаційно-правових форм агробізнесу. The problems of the development of organizational and legal forms of agribusiness are investigated. The theoretical foundations of the choice and development of organizational and legal forms of doing business are described. The basic organizational-legal forms of agricultural enterprises and the structure of the agro-industrial complex are considered. A balance has been characterized in the structure of agricultural enterprises. The recommendations for taking into account social requirements for the development of organizational and legal forms of agribusiness are formed.
