Abstract
В методичних рекомендаціях розкрито нормативно-правове регулювання антикорупційної діяльності в Україні, визначено коло суб'єктів відповідальності за корупційні правопорушення в системі МВС, охарактеризовано корупційні ризики та їх оцінка у сфері реалізації повноважень МВС, наведені ознаки дискреційних повноважень в діяльності МВС та їх значення. Проаналізовані заходи запобігання та протидії корупції у системі МВС та дії працівника МВС у разі виникнення конфлікту інтересів. Тhe methodological recommendations reveal the legal regulation of anti-corruption activities in Ukraine, define the range of subjects responsible for corruption offenses in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, characterize corruption risks and their assessment in the sphere of the exercise of the powers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, indicate the signs of discretionary powers in the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and their significance. Measures to prevent and counter corruption in the MIA system and the actions of an MIA employee in the event of a conflict of interest are analyzed.
