Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню кримінологічних аспектів інституту пробації як гуманізаційної складової загальнодержавної політики України. Автором проаналізовані наявні в юридичній літературі точки зору щодо цього питання, запропонована концепція запровадження пробації в Україні. This article is devoted to the study of criminological aspects of the institution of probation as humanize constituent part of the national politics of Ukraine. The author have analyzed the existing legal literature point of view on this issue and the concept of its implementation in Ukraine.
