Abstract
Розкрито особливості процесу управління державними корпоративними правами акціонерних товариств. Визначено особливості врегулювання відносин із приводу права власності на державні корпоративні права в процесі антикризового управління акціонерними товариствами. Визначено проблеми правосуб’єктності органів державної влади в цьому процесі. Акцентовано увагу на проблемах визначення форми власності цілісного майнового комплексу. The features of the process of managing state corporate rights of joint-stock companies were disclosed. There were determined the specifics of the regulation of relations concerning the ownership of state corporate rights in the process of crisis management of joint-stock companies. The problems of legal personality of public authorities in this process were disclosed. The main attention was paid to the problems of determining the form of ownership of an integral property complex.
