| dc.description.abstract | У статті досліджено правову визначеність добрих чеснот в образі українців як умова їхньої інтеграції до Європейського Союзу. Визначено, що лінгвістичні й концептуальні смислові кола та змістовне навантаження термінів і позначуваних ними понять складають суть правової визначеності. Вихідним уособленням визначення права стає виключно свідомість конкретної людини. Законодавче визначення права походить від сукупності індивідуальних уявлень про правовий регулятор. The article reveals the legal determination of good virtues in the image of Ukrainians as a condition for their integration into the EU. It was determined that the linguistic and conceptual meaning circles and the content load of the terms and the concepts denoted by them constitute the essence of legal certainty. The original personification of the law definition becomes exclusively the consciousness of a specific person. | |
