Abstract
У статті проаналізовані особливості контролю діяльності Фонду гарантування вкладів фізичних осіб як необхідного складника, що безпосередньо впливає на ефективність діяльності будь-якої інституції. Запропоноване авторське визначення дефініції «контроль діяльності Фонду гарантування вкладів фізичних осіб» як системи дій органів державної влади та представників громадськості щодо дотримання вимог чинного законодавства спеціально уповноваженим суб’єктом у сфері гарантування вкладів фізичних осіб та здійснення ним ефективної діяльності у зазначеній сфері. The article analyzes the features of control over the activities of the Deposit Guarantee Fund of individuals as a necessary component that directly affects the efficiency of any institution. The author's definition of "control over the activities of the Deposit Guarantee Fund of individuals" as a system of actions of public authorities and members of the public to comply with current legislation by a specially authorized entity in the field of deposit guarantees and its effective activities in this area.
