Abstract
У статті розглядається валюта як об’єкт цивільних прав і валютних правовідносин. Визначається природа валюти, її види, окреслюються особливості цивільного обігу валюти. The article is devoted to research currency as an object of civil rights as well as currency relationships. Legal nature of currency and its kinds are determined; features of currency legal circulations are described.
