Abstract
Стаття присвячена питанням встановлення земельних сервітутів у заповіті за чинним законодавством України. Автором виділено особливості щодо суб’єктів та об’єктів правовідносин, які при цьому виникають. The article deals with the establishment of easements in the will, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. Author highlighted features of subjects and objects of legal relations that arise in this case.
