Розглянуто питання стосовно випуску облігацій місцевих позик, визначено їх основні форми та роль на ринку місцевих запозичень. Зазначено переваги здійснення місцевих запозичень. Наголошено на основних проблемах, що перешкоджають становленню та розвитку ринку місцевих запозичень, окреслено шляхи їх вирішення з метою перетворення даного ринку на інструмент забезпечення місцевого економічного розвитку. . Inadequate budget financing of cities and regions of Ukraine will intensify the problem of attracting the necessary resources from other sources.
