| dc.description.abstract | У дисертаційному дослідженні надано нове роз’яснення наукового завдання стосовно засад, сутності та змісту організаційних основ судоустрою в Україні. Здійснено опис теоретико-правових засад організації судоустрою в Україні крізь призму її визначення об’єктною складовою адміністративно-правового регулювання, сутності завдань і функцій, а також характеристики системи, що реалізовано шляхом визначення поняття, видів та особливостей забезпечення. Характеристику окремих організаційних процедур забезпечення судоустрою в Україні розкрито шляхом дослідження: змісту процедури утворення та ліквідації суду; особливостей процедури обрання суддів на адміністративні посади та звільнення з цих посад; сутності процедури фінансового та матеріально-технічного забезпечення судоустрою і змісту процедури інформаційного забезпечення судоустрою. Здійснено компаративістичне дослідження щодо організації судової влади в зарубіжних країнах задля виокремлення позитивного досвіду для адаптації його в Україні. Визначено напрями та конкретні ініціативи щодо вдосконалення законодавства у сфері організації судоустрою в Україні. The dissertation research provides a new explanation of the scientific task regarding the principles, essence and content of the organizational foundations of the judiciary in Ukraine. The description of the theoretical and legal foundations of the organization of the judiciary in Ukraine through the prism of its definition as an object component of administrative and legal regulation, the essence of tasks and functions, as well as the characteristics of the system, implemented by defining the concept, types and features Characteristics of certain organizational procedures for ensuring the judicial system in Ukraine are disclosed through: the content of the procedure for the formation and liquidation of the court in Ukraine; features of the procedure for electing judges to administrative positions and dismissal from these positions in Ukraine; the essence of the procedure of financial and logistical support of the judiciary in Ukraine and the content of the procedure of information support of the judiciary in Ukraine. A comparative study of the organization of the judiciary in foreign countries was carried out in order to highlight the positive experience for its adaptation in Ukraine.
