Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню особливостей переходу речових прав на чужі речі з метою подальшої розробки теоретичних основ концепції переходу речових прав. Досліджено складну дихотомічну структуру правовідносин, елементами яких є речові права на чужі речі, та проаналізовано кожен з різновидів таких правовідносин на відповідність вихідним положенням теорії правонаступництва в цивільному праві. The article studies the peculiarities of the special rights transition in order to further develop the theoretical basis of the concept of the real rights transition. The complex dichotomous structure of legal relations, elements of which are special rights, is investigated, and each of the varieties of such legal relations is analyzed for compliance with the initial provisions of the succession theory in civil law.
