Abstract
У статті досліджуються міжнародні стандарти у сфері доступу до публічної інформації. Сформульовано конституційні гарантії права на інформацію та свободу інформації в зарубіжних країнах. Зроблено аналіз конституційних норм окремих зарубіжних країн. The article is devoted to the researching international standards in the field of access to public information. Formulated constitutional guarantees of the right to information and freedom of information in foreign countries. An analysis of the constitutional norms of some foreign countries is made.
