| dc.description.abstract | Дія прав людини у соціальній сфері відбувається завдяки складному механізму їх утвердження, елементами якого є реалізація права особою, забезпечення повноважними суб’єктами соціальної політики, захист у встановленому законодавством порядку. Він має фінансово-економічний, організаційний і правовий складники. Правовий складник полягає у дії не тільки норм права декількох галузей законодавства, але і принципів права. Поряд із нормами права вони відіграють значну роль в утвердженні прав людини, зокрема у галузі соціального забезпечення. The action of human rights in the social sphere is carried out due to a complex mechanism for their assertion, the elements of which are the realization of the right of the person, the provision of authorized subjects of social policy, protection in the manner prescribed by law. It has financial and economic, organizational and legal components. The legal component is not only the norms of law of several branches of law, but also the principles of law. Along with the norms of law, they play a significant role in the assertion of human rights, including in the field of social security. | |
