| dc.description.abstract | Право на доступ до інформації напряму пов’язане з участю суспільства у процесі прийняття рішень в державі, сприяє прозорості діяльності влади, є важливим компонентом належного врядування, показником демократичності та плюралізму у суспільстві [14]. Водночас, насиченість сучасного вітчизняного інформаційного простору різноманітною інформацією, проблеми інформаційних загроз та потреба вжиття необхідних інформаційних заходів оборони держави актуалізує потребу дослідження доступу до інформації в умовах війни. The right to access information is directly related to the participation of society in the decision-making process in the state, contributes to the transparency of government activities, is an important component of proper governance, an indicator of democracy and pluralism in society [14]. At the same time, the saturation of the modern domestic information space with various information, the problems of information threats and the need to take the necessary information measures for the defense of the state actualize the need for research on access to information in conditions of war. | |
