Abstract
Актуальність статті полягає в тому, що особливою ознакою в практиці кримінального провадження в країнах пострадянського простору є наявність формального акта про порушення кримінальної справи, яким відкривається розслідування за виявленим фактом вчинення злочину. The relevance of the article is that a special feature in the practice of criminal proceedings in the post-Soviet countries is the presence of a formal act of instituting a criminal case, which opens an investigation into the discovery of a crime.
