dc.description.abstractResolving controversial issues related to the content of evaluative features in the context of the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights is important for the development of legal science and practice, since increased integration within Europe requires national governments and judicial systems to pay increased attention to the practice of supranational bodies. The study is important for an in-depth understanding of the interpretation of human rights by the European Court of Human Rights, as well as for the formation of a unified methodology for interpreting the evaluative features in the judgments of courts of different jurisdictions. Вирішення спірних питань, пов’язаних зі змістом оцінних ознак, у контексті рішень Європейського суду з прав людини має важливе значення для розвитку юридичної науки та практики, адже посилення інтеграції в межах Європи вимагає від національних урядів і судових систем посиленої уваги до практики наднаціональних органів. Дослідження має важливе значення для поглибленого розуміння тлумачення прав людини Європейським судом з прав людини, а також для формування єдиної методології тлумачення оцінних ознак у рішеннях судів різних юрисдикцій.
