Abstract
У статті наведено рекомендації щодо підготовки та проведення допиту підозрюваного в одержанні або наданні неправомірної вигоди у сфері правоохоронної діяльності. При цьому виокремлено типові тактичні ситуації допиту (безконфліктні та конфліктні), а також сформульовано пропозиції з обрання та застосування тактичних прийомів і комбінацій у кожній ситуації. The article presents the recommendations for the preparation to and interrogation of the suspected in obtaining or giving improper benefit in the field of law enforcement. There were allocated typical tactical interrogation situation (conflict-free and conflict) and formulated propositions on the selection and use of tactical techniques and combinations in every situation
