Abstract
У статті досліджено поняття об’єднання й виділення кримінальних проваджень за законодавством України. Розуміння вказаного поняття є необхідним для правильного прийняття прокурором і судом відповідних процесуальних рішень. In the article investigated the issues of joinder and severance of criminal cases in the legislation of Ukraine. Understanding of the indicated concept is a necessity for a correct acceptance by a public prosecutor and court of corresponding judicial decisions.
