| dc.description.abstract | Метою статті є загальна характеристика міжнародних і європейських стандартів у сфері безпеки. Методологічну основу становлять методи, що дали змогу отримати обґрунтовані та логічно вивірені висновки, зокрема метод герменевтики, що дав можливість опрацювати тексти доктринальних і нормативних джерел, метод порівняння, що дав змогу виявити особливості розуміння стандарту в законодавстві, теоретико-юридичний метод, що дав можливість сформувати авторське визначення поняття «стандарт у сфері безпеки». У статті визначено розуміння стандартів у сфері безпеки, здійснено типологізацію розуміння стандартів у законодавстві України та міжнародно-правових актах. The purpose of the article is a general description of international and European standards in the field of security. The methodological basis was the methods that allowed to obtain sound and logically valid conclusions, in particular, the method of hermeneutics, which allowed to study the texts of doctrinal and normative sources, the method of comparison, which gave the opportunity to reveal the peculiarities of understanding the standard in the legislation, the theoretical and legal method, the author's definition of a standard in the security field. The article defined the understanding of standards in the field of security, typologized the understanding of standards in the legislation of Ukraine and international legal acts. | |
