Abstract
Дослідження розвитку антикорупційного законодавства в сучасний період важливе для встановлення тенденцій, закономірностей його формування, що, своєю чергою, дасть змогу зробити висновки щодо ефективності обраної законодавчої політики держави у сфері протидії корупційній злочинності. Об’єктом дослідження є суспільні відносини, які виникають у процесі протидії корупційній злочинності в Україні. Предметом дослідження є кримінологічні та кримінально-правові проблеми протидії корупційній злочинності в Україні в контексті сучасної антикорупційної стратегії. Метою статті є розробка теоретичних кримінологічних і низки кримінально-правових засад протидії корупційній злочинності в Україні в контексті сучасної антикорупційної стратегії, формулювання пропозицій, спрямованих на забезпечення підвищення ефективності діяльності у сфері протидії коруп- ційній злочинності в Україні. Research of development of anticorruption legislation in a modern period it is important for establishment of tendencies, conformities to law of his forming, that, in turn, will allow to Ukraine to draw conclusion in relation to efficiency of select legislative politics of the state in the field of counteraction to corruption criminality. A research object are public relations that arise up in the process of counteraction to corruption criminality in Ukraine. The article of research are problems of criminology and кримінально-правові of counteraction to corruption criminality in Ukraine in the context of modern anticorruption strategy. The purpose of the article is to develop theoretical criminological and a number of criminal legal bases for combating corruption in Ukraine in the context of modern anti-corruption strategy, formulating proposals aimed at improving the effectiveness of activities in the field of combating corruption in Ukraine.
