dc.description.abstractНавчально-методичний посібник містить практичні рекомендації щодо розвитку ґендерної компетентності та виваженої поведінки в службових і побутових ситуаціях серед працівників структурних підрозділів МВС України. Зміст посібника побудовано на засадах ґрунтовного експериментального дослідження джерел, феноменів і наслідків ґендерно зумовленої поведінки. Запропоновані за розділами вправи орієнтовані на корекцію та формування навичок ґендерно доцільної поведінки. Для керівників і психологів структурних підрозділів МВС України, наукових і науково-педагогічних працівників, здобувачів вищої освіти за спеціальністю «Психологія». The training and methodical manual contains practical recommendations in relation to development of gender competence and self-weighted behavior in official and domestic situations among the workers of structural subdivisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The table of contents of the manual is built on principles of sound experimental research of sources, phenomena and consequences gender the predefined behavior. The exercises offered after divisions are oriented to the correction and formation of gender expedient behavior skills. For leaders and psychologists of structural subdivisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, research and scientifically-pedagogical workers, bread-winners of higher education after specialty there is "Psychology".uk_UA
