Abstract

Статтю присвячено окресленню основних методологічних підходів до організації освітнього процесу в закладах освіти із специфічними умовами навчання на етапі сучасної перебудови правоохоронної системи в Україні і, зокрема, створення Національної поліції. Аналізуються основні тенденції в зміні психологічних смислових акцентів фахової поліцейської освіти, які полягають у перебудові освітнього процесу з формування функціональної кадрової одиниці персоналу на виховання особистості, орієнтованої на всебічний саморозвиток і безперервне самовдосконалення в процесі навчання і в подальшій професійній діяльності. Обґрунтовується актуальна необхідність застосування сучасних методологічних підходів, – акмеологічного, системного та компетентнісного, в поліцейському освітньому просторі, їх психологічних детермінант та функціональних чинників.The article is devoted to description of the main methodological approaches to the organization of the educational process in educational institutions with specific training conditions at the stage of modern restructuring of the law enforcement system in Ukraine and, in particular, the creation of the National Police. The author analyzes the main trends in the change of psychological semantic accents of special police education, which consist in restructuring the educational process from forming a functional personnel unit of the staff to personal education, directed to comprehensive self-development and continuous self-improvement in the training process and in future professional activities. It justifies the current need for the application of modern methodological approaches, acmeological, systemic and competence-based, in the police educational space, their psychological determinants and functional factors.
