Abstract
У статті проведено дослідження засад здійснення адміністративно-правового регулювання державного нагляду (контролю) у сфері надання елек- тронних довірчих послуг. Зокрема, у дослідженні окреслено повноваження та правовий статус наглядового (контролюючого) органу в Україні та державах-членах ЄС, визначено об’єкт контрольно-наглядової діяльності у цій сфері та її завдання. The principles of administrative legal regulation of state supervision (control) in the sphere of providing electronic trust services are investigated in the article. In particular, the article outlines the powers and legal status of the supervisory authority in Ukraine and the European Union Member States, identifies the object and tasks of supervisory activity in this area.
