Abstract
У статті досліджуються проблеми здійснення охорони й захисту майнових прав та інтересів дитини нотаріусом. Обґрунтовується можливість здійснення захисту не тільки державними органами, а й недержавними, органами місцевого самоврядування, органами нотаріату тощо. Автор, досліджуючи питання захисту прав та інтересів дитини в май нових правовідносинах, особливу увагу приділяє аналізу термінів «управління майном дитини» та «розпорядження майном дитини» як елементам терміна «управління». The article represents issues concerning realization of protection and defence of property rights and interests of child by notary. Possibility of defence realization not only by state bodies, but also non state institutes, by bodies of local self-government, notaries etc. is substantiated. Author in the aspect of issues of rights and interests of child defence in property relations, pays special attention to analysis of such notions as “child’s estate administration” and “child’s property disposition” as element of notion “administration”.
