| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено дослідженню питання відео- та аудіофіксації як засобів захисту прав суб’єктів господарювання. Метою дослідження є підготовка пропозицій щодо удосконалення правового регулювання питання відео- та аудіофіксації як засобів захисту прав суб’єктів господарювання під час перевірок. In practice, there are cases of improper performance of tax authorities’ authorities assigned to them by law, and in some cases, illegal behavior during the audit. A large number of disputes related to appealing the actions of tax officials end up not in favor of business entities due to the lack of proof of violation of their rights by representatives of the Supervisory authority. This is what forces business entities to use certain means to ensure maximum protection of their rights and legitimate interests, namely, to perform video and audio recording during verification. | |
