| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено окресленню питань розвитку органічного виробництва в Україні та визначенню перспектив виходу українських виробників органічної продукції на європейський ринок з урахуванням вимог ЄС до екологічності продукції. Проаналізовано ступінь відповідності нормативного врегулювання виробництва органічної продукції в Україні вимогам, які містяться в юридичних актах Європейського Союзу. Зроблено висновок, що нині процес адаптації законодавства України до законодавства ЄС у галузі виробництва органічної продукції слід вважати незавершеним. The article is devoted to outlining the development of organic production in Ukraine and determining the prospects for Ukrainian producers to enter the European market, taking into account the EU requirements for environmental friendliness. The degree of compliance of the normative regulation of organic production in Ukraine with the requirements contained in the legal acts of the European Union is analyzed. It is concluded that today the process of adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to EU legislation in the field of organic production should be considered incomplete. The issues of certification of organic production in Ukraine, as well as labeling of organic products are considered. It is emphasized that the introduction of its own certification system helps to increase the transparency of organic production and saturate the domestic market with organic products. | |
