| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено дослідженню сутності та змісту інтегративної функції суспільно небезпечних наслідків кримінального правопорушення. Особлива увага автором звертається на важливість застосування функціонального підходу під час дослідження таких понять, як «склад кримінального правопорушення» та «суспільно небезпечні наслідки кримінального правопорушення», адже з’ясування функцій останніх дозволяє здійснювати більш глибоке дослідження їхніх сутнісних рис та особливостей у системі інших інститутів криміналь- ного права. The article is dedicated to investigation of the sense and content of integrative function in socially dangerous consequences of criminal offense. Particular attention of the author is devoted to the importance of usage of functional approach when investigating such concepts as “context of the criminal offense” and “socially dangerous consequences of the criminal offense”, as their clarification allows to investigate deeply their essence and peculiarities in the system of other institutions of criminal law. | |
