Abstract
У статті досліджено параметри відповідальності та часу у складі правових механізмів антикорупційних обмежень для чиновників органів публічної влади. Визначено, що вимоги до досвіду, кваліфікації, талантів та інших складників професіоналізму складають зміст відповідального чиновника органів публічної влади. Встановлено, що часові рамки здійснення чиновником функцій держави та місцевого самоврядування слід визначати на підставі виключно правових і наукових, а не політичних чи інших кон’юнктурних чинників. Це стає запорукою істинності зазначених параметрів і придатності їх для формулювання антикорупційних норм-обмежень таким особам, їхнього правового ефекту. The article reveals the Responsibility and time in the composition of legal mechanisms of anti-corruption restrictions for officials of public authorities. It is determined that the requirements for experience, qualifications, talents and other components of professionalism make up the content of a responsible official of public authorities. It is established that the timeframe for the exercise of official functions of the state and local self-government should be determined on the basis of purely legal and scientific, and not political or other factors.
