Abstract
У статті досліджено проблему визначення поняття та змісту особистого життя людини. Проведено порівняння термінів «особисте життя» й «приватне життя». Поставлено питання про те, який зміст слід вкладати в поняття «особисте життя людини», чим воно відрізняється від поняття приватного життя людини; шляхом аналізу наявної інформації запропоновано звести до єдиного визначення категорію «особисте життя людини». Щоби розкрити сутність цього поняття, проаналізовано й порівняно різні погляди, що існують у філософії, соціології та юридичній науці. Також аналіз і порівняння були застосовані до різних нормативно-правових актів, як українських, так і міжнародних; висвітлено позиції вчених стосовно цього питання. Розглянуто право на невтручання в особисте життя. The problem of defining the concept and content of a person’s personal life is investigated in this work. There is a comparison of the terms “personal life” and “private life”. The question was posed, what content should be included in the concept of “personal life” and how it differs from the concept of “private life”; by analyzing the existing information, it is proposed to narrow down the category of “personal life” to a single definition. In order to reveal the essence of this concept, the different views that exist in philosophy, sociology and legal science have been compared and analyzed. Also, different legal acts are also compared: both Ukrainian and international; elucidated opinions of scientists on this issue. The right to non- interference with privacy is considered.
