Abstract
Актуальність статті полягає в тому, що податкові перевірки як інструмент надання допомоги за податковими справами дозволяють компетентним органам держав установити факти ухилення від сплати податків набагато швидше, ефективніше й економічно доцільніше, порівняно з іншими інструментами надання зазначеної допомоги, проте, незважаючи на ефективність цього виду, міжнародний досвід свідчить, що вони застосування нечасто. Приблизно 5 разів на рік одночасні податкові перевірки здійснюються у країнах Європи (у Бельгії, Великій Британії, Данії, Ірландії, Іспанії, Нідерландах, Норвегії, Фінляндії, Швеції), а в інших країнах ще рідше. У статті, спираючись на аналіз наукових поглядів вчених та норм чинного вітчизняного та зарубіжного законодавства, окреслено проблеми надання допомоги при міжнародному співробітництві щодо запобіганні і протидії ухиленнями від сплати податків. The relevance of the article is that tax audits as a tool for providing assistance in tax matters allow the competent authorities to establish the facts of tax evasion much faster, more efficiently and economically feasible compared to other tools for providing such assistance. However, despite the effectiveness of this species, international experience shows that they are used infrequently. Approximately 5 times a year, simultaneous tax audits are carried out in European countries (Belgium, Great Britain, Denmark, Ireland, Spain, the Netherlands, Norway, Finland, Sweden), and in other countries even less often. The article, based on the analysis of scientific views of scientists and the norms of current domestic and foreign legislation, outlines the problems of assistance in international cooperation in preventing and combating tax evasion.
