Abstract
Впровадження в Україні проєкту «Поліцейський офіцер громади» розпочалося у травні 2019 року і триває дотепер. Цим забезпечується реалізація нового рівня комунікації і поліцейського сервісу – community policing, що сприятиме взаємодії поліції з населенням територіальних громад на засадах партнерства відповідно до вимог статей 11, 23 Закону України «Про Національну поліцію». Конкурсний відбір та проходження спеціального підготовчого курсу виступають первинною ланкою професійної підготовки поліцейських офіцерів громади до якісного виконання покладених на них повноважень і ефективної комунікації з населенням. Ефективність професійної діяльності поліцейського офіцера громади значною мірою визначається успішністю його професійного спілкування, зокрема із мешканцями територіальної громади. Метою дослідження стало емпіричне дослідження особливостей професійного спілкування поліцейських офіцерів громади. Емпірична база дослідження: 25 офіцерів Національної поліції України, які служать на посадах поліцейських офіцерів громади. Стаж служби респондентів в поліції – від 2 до 22 років (середнє значення – 7,6 роки). Вік респондентів – від 25 до 49 років. Наукова новизна. Досліджено особливості професійного спілкування поліцейських офіцерів громади відповідно до ступеня вираженості їх міжособистісної взаємодії в рамках векторів доброзичливості і агресивності, домінування і залежності, особливостей прояву «предметно-діяльнісного» і «комунікативного» аспектів темпераменту. Висновки. Подальша професійна підготовка поліцейських офіцерів громади повинна спрямовуватись на вдосконалення професійного спілкування і формування комунікативної компетентності поліцейського офіцера громади, зокрема розвиток конфліктологічної культури, а також запобігання професійному вигоранню. Annotation: The implementation of the Community Police Officer project in Ukraine began in May 2019 and continues to this day. This ensures the implementation of a new level of communication and police service - community policing, which will facilitate the interaction of police with the population of territorial communities on a partnership basis in accordance with Articles 11 and 23 of the Law of Ukraine "On National Police". Competitive selection and passing a special preparatory course are the primary link in the professional training of community police officers for the quality of their duties and effective communication with the public. The effectiveness of the professional activity of a community police officer is largely determined by the success of his professional communication, in particular with the residents of the local community. The aim of this research was an empirical study of the features of professional communication of community police officers. Empirical basis of the research: 25 officers of the National Police of Ukraine who serve as police officers of the community. Experience of service of respondents in the police - from 2 to 22 years (average value – 7,6 years). The age of respondents is from 25 to 49 years. Scientific novelty. Peculiarities of professional communication of community police officers according to the degree of expression of their interpersonal interaction within the vectors of friendliness and aggression, dominance and dependence, features of manifestation of "subject-activity" and "communicative" aspects of temperament are studied. Conclusions. Further professional training of community police officers should be aimed at improving professional communication and the formation of communicative competence of the community police officer, in particular the development of conflict culture, as well as the prevention of burnout.
