Abstract
У статті розкрито методологічні засади дослідження проблем пенітенціарної злочинності в Україні. Обґрунтовано і доведено, що методологія дослідження проблем пенітенціарної злочинності дає змогу сподіватися на оригінальність і достовірність отриманих результатів, спрямованих насамперед на удосконалення практики запобігання їй у місцях несвободи Міністерства юстиції України, а також відповідного галузевого законодавства. The methodological foundations of the research problems of the penitentiary crime in Ukraine are revealed in the article. It was proved that the methodology of research problems of the penitentiary crime gives hope for originality and credibility of our findings, which aim primarily to improving the practice of its prevention in the custodial setting of the Ministry of justice of Ukraine and the relevant sectoral legislation.
