| dc.description.abstract | Стаття присвячена актуальним питанням реформування юридичної освіти в України в ракурсі навчання поліцейських. Констатується, що для успішної протидії злочинності поліцейські повинні здобувати юридичну освіту, особливо це стосується слідчих. На підставі аналізу закордонних публікацій проаналізовано підхід до навчання поліцейських у зарубіжних країнах, який характеризується тенденцією до збільшення ролі вищої освіти у процесі підготовки кадрів для поліції, а також показуються деякі складнощі, що виникають перед закордонними поліцейськими, які здобули вищу освіту. The article is devoted to topical issues of reforming legal education in Ukraine in the perspective of police education. It is noted that in order to successfully combat crime, police officers have to receive legal education, especially investigators. Based on the analysis of foreign publications, the approach to police training in foreign countries is analyzed, which is characterized by a tendency to increase the role of higher education in the process of training police and shows some difficulties faced by foreign police officers with higher education. On the basis of modern realities, the advantages of higher legal education for investigators as a prerequisite for a successful fight against crime are revealed. | |
